We offer FREE shipping on domestic orders via USPS Priority. We charge a flat fee for expedited and international orders. Our goal is to process your order quickly and ensure its safe delivery. Generally, your purchase is shipped within 2 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
The Nines Luxe offers a 30-day return policy. Merchandise must be returned unused and in the same condition with no missing “extras” (dust covers, etc.), so please take care when packing returns. The buyer is responsible for the return shipment costs. The Nines will refund the purchase price within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the item. We recommend that you add tracking services to any returned merchandise.
Please review all photos, measurements, and descriptions of items carefully before purchase. Many of The Nines items are pre-owned, therefore normal wear is to be expected. Items may not be in flawless condition but have been carefully inspected, described, and photographed. As a re-seller of previously owned luxury goods, we sell as-is. We do not provide a “warranty” for the workmanship of the brand.
